Overview
We designed this site to work without user accounts, subscriptions, payment details or a public profile system. Most visitors can read the guides without submitting personal information. Data may still be processed by the web server for security and delivery, and information is submitted when you choose to use the contact form.
Server and technical logs
Like most websites, the hosting server may automatically record technical details such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, date and time, referring page, response status and similar diagnostic information. These records are commonly used to keep the site available, investigate abuse, identify broken routes and understand technical errors. We do not ask visitors to create an account in order to access the main content.
Contact form information
If you use the Contact Us page, you may provide a name, email address and message. That information is used to review and respond to the reason you contacted us, such as a correction, source update, attribution question or website issue. Please do not submit passwords, private game-account credentials, payment information or other sensitive data through the form.
Cookies and local storage
The website itself does not require an account cookie to read its guides. Depending on the hosting, security layer or future site features, strictly necessary technical cookies may be used to protect forms, manage traffic or maintain basic functionality. If analytics or other optional tools are added later, this policy should be updated to explain the relevant provider and purpose before those tools are relied upon.
External links
Several pages link to third-party websites so visitors can reach project listings, source pages or other mod-related resources. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies and technical practices. Opening an external link can allow the destination site to receive normal request information from your browser. Review the destination’s policies before submitting personal information or downloading software.

Data retention and protection
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, for security, or where record keeping is required. No internet service can promise absolute security, so visitors should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Hosting providers may maintain backups or server logs according to their own operational schedules.
Your choices
You can browse without using the contact form. You can also choose not to follow external links. If you previously contacted us and want to ask about information contained in that correspondence, use the contact page and provide enough context for the request to be identified.
